The client developed custom IC's that transmitted high frequency radio signals. The customer's products needed to meet FCC regulations. The FCC test requirements required that products being tested must appear to be a "sell-able" product. The product, (ie. a test box) met the FCC requirements and allowed the client to successfully test their integrated circuit.
