Many types of control and instrumentation have been implemented to provide process control. This instrumentation has not only provided valuable information for optimizing processes but they have also greatly helped maintain the quality of the parts and the assemblies produced.
Pressures, Temperature, speed, displacement, flatness, color, and many other types of sensors have been effectively implemented.
This is an example where each of the primary process variables can be evaluated, set and monitored.
The pneumatic controls shown to the right were mounted in a separate lockable cabinet to minimize unauthorized tampering.
